1. ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL AUDIENCE
Live This Moment is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to any rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the appropriate state courts located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, as applicable.
The federal District of Maryland’s Southern Division sits in Greenbelt and includes Prince George’s County.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Site, our services, business practices, partnerships, or applicable law.
