Turn the Page
Choose a journal that feels aligned with this moment, one that embodies the energy of a fresh start. On the very first page, draw a line down the center. At the top of one side, write “More of.” At the top of the other side, write “Less of.”
On the More of side, list what you long to welcome—laughter, rest, creativity, connection. On the Less of side, write what you are ready to release—overwhelm, hurry, doubt. Let your words flow freely. Each entry is a step through the doorway.
A blank page is a doorway—an opening into the life you are ready to create.
In the pages that follow, explore how your More of might take root in daily rhythms, and how your Less of might be eased, released, or transformed. Write about moments when More of appears and when Less of begins to fade. Over time, your journal becomes a space where new possibilities take shape.
To deepen your practice, you might explore a journaling workshop, writing class, or creative circle. Prompts and shared reflections can offer inspiration and fresh perspective.
